Verrazano Bridge to the Staten Island Expwy (278W). Exit at Richmond Rd.; drive south on Richmond Rd.; bearing left at intersection with Amboy Rd. Drive south on Amboy Rd. to Giffords Ln. Right turn at light. Continue for two blocks. Library on left corner of Margaret St. and Giffords Ln.
