The Dorot Jewish Division will be closed on Tuesday, September 30 and Wednesday, October 1 in observance of Rosh ha-Shanah. The division will close early, at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 8 and will be closed on Thursday, October 9, in observance of Yom Kippur.

The Dorot Jewish Division has moved to a new location: room 111, on the first floor of the building, accessible through the Periodicals reading room, room 108. The Division is now open six days a week, with the addition of Monday service, 11:00-6:00.

The Dorot Jewish Division is one of the great collections of Judaica in the world and the most accessible for both scholarly and personal use. While the collection offers commentary on all aspects of Jewish life it also includes Hebrew and Yiddish-language texts on general subjects. More
