Mergent Manuals (previously Moody's Manuals)
Moody's Manuals include Bank & Finance, Industrial, International, Municipal & Government, OTC Industrial, OTC Unlisted, Public Utilities, Transportation. Publication date varies from 1909- to date. Annual, with weekly or twice-weekly news issues. It summarizes information found in annual reports, 10-K's, and news services. It also includes income statements. Current issues are located in the open shelf collection- search CATNYP for exact Call # for various titles and dates.

Mergent Online (EIC)
Database of statistics and information on more than 21,000 US and international companies, including 10,000 NYSE, AMEX and Nasdaq exchange companies.  Includes information on long term debt issues of each company and a snapshot of each issue with ratings. All SEC (EDGAR®) filings and domestic and international annual reports from 1996 - present are included. Updated: Weekly.
