What are RSS feeds?
RSS feeds are a way to keep up-to-date on Library events, classes and other additions to the site. RSS feeds are written in XML and require a news reader to access.

How can I read the feeds?
You can download and install a news reader. Or, you can use a Web-based reader such as My Yahoo! or Bloglines. Follow the instructions in your reader to subscribe to the feed of your choice. You will usually need to copy and paste the feed URL into the reader.

Terms for use
We encourage the use of nypl.org RSS feeds for personal use in a news reader or as part of a non-commercial Web site or blog. We require proper format and attribution whenever NYPL content is posted on your Web site, and we reserve the right to require that you cease distributing nypl.org content.
